An experimental sketch page of your character. Depending on composition, you will receive at least 1 full-body and 2 extras that range from portrait to waist-up.
● Color will be monochromatic by default.
● With a higher offer, I can draw you more extras to fill the page or add simple colors.You will receive

I will spend 1 hour drawing a bust-up of your character. The finishing or technique may vary from piece to piece, but won't be too far off the samples provided.
● Details and coloring will be done within the time limit.
● Every $15 increment will add 30 minutes to the drawing, capped at $60.You will receive
● PNG, 1200x1200, 300dpi
● A timelapse of your commission, with a timer displayed

Terms of Service

1. GENERAL
● By commissioning me, you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
● I may refuse your request if I consider it difficult to fulfill with my current capability.2. PAYMENTS
● Payment shall be in USD or SGD.
● Available payment methods are Wise, Ko-fi, or local bank transfers for SG residents.
● Full payment or at least 50% upfront is required to start the commission.
Note: Payment plan is only available for a commission exceeding $100.3. REFUNDS
● Full refund only available if:
・No work has been done to your commission,
・I'm unable to complete your commission 2 months after payment.
● No refund is available if:
・The commission is marked as 'Skeb/Surprise-Me',
・The commission has passed the sketch stage.
● A partial refund of 50 to 80% is available if:
・You wish to cancel your commission during thumbnail or sketch stage,
・Actual percentage will be at my discretion.4. DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
● Each commission may take 7 to 60 days after payment, depending on the queue.
● I will give an estimate and inform you if there's any adjustment to the schedule.
● Completed artwork will be delivered as a digital product, no physical item involved.5. REVISIONS
● No revisions available for commission marked as 'Skeb/Surprise-Me'.
● A limited amount of revisions are available for regular commission types.
● Additional revisions will incur an extra fee.
● Small adjustments (eg. hue/saturation/contrast) won't be counted as a revision.
● Mistakes or things I missed will be fixed and won't count as a revision.6. USE
● No commissioned artwork may be used for NFT/AI generation and training purposes.
● Non-commercial use:
・You may use the commissioned artwork in any way that doesn’t generate profit.
・You may not claim the commissioned artwork as your own.
・You may not use the commissioned artwork for profit purposes.
・Please credit me (@fayappa) when using the artwork.
● Commercial use:
・If you purchase a one-time commercial right, you may use the commissioned artwork for the specific purposes agreed upon by both parties at the time of request.7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
● I retain all copyright to my artworks.
● I reserve the right to display, print, and use your commissioned artwork as my portfolio on websites and social media platforms.8. COMMUNICATION
● Commission status will be updated in real time in this work queue.
● Communication will be done via email or Discord DM: fayappa.

Workflow

  1. After accepting your request, I will place you on this waitlist.
    You can still modify the details of your request at this stage.

  2. Once I'm ready to start your commission, I will send an invoice.
    This process may be faster or slower depending on the queue.

  3. After payment is received, I will begin working on your commission.
    If no payment is made within 3 days, your slot will be forfeited to the next client.

  4. I will send min. 2 thumbnail variations for you to choose or feedback on. The purpose of this stage is to see the overall composition and direction, not details.
    3 revisions are available at this stage.

  5. After the thumbnail is approved, I will refine it into a colored sketch. This is where I add more definitions and draw clearer facial expressions and poses.
    2 revisions are available at this stage.

  6. After the sketch is approved, I will proceed to line, color, and refine it. The amount of steps may vary depending on the type of work.
    I will send updates for each step. However, only small adjustments can be requested at this stage. Additional revisions will incur an extra fee.

  7. Once completed, you will receive the final artwork via email or Discord.
    You may still request for small adjustments within 1 week of accepting the artwork. Otherwise, I have the right to decline.

This workflow serves as a guideline and applies to regular commission types only. For services marked as 'Skeb/Surprise-Me', Step 4 to Step 6 will be skipped.
